Well, that problem is solved. I rearranged everything and took Pogoplug off of the UPS and plugged it straight into a wall outlet. When I powered everything back up and looked at Win7 Explorer, I don't see a P drive which was my Pogoplug as I used to. Instead, each of the things I have plugged in (4 & 16 GB thumb drives and a 60 GB hard disk) show up, each with its own drive letter (P:, Q: and R:) along with Pogoplug Cloud (S:) and Collaborate Folders (T:). Pretty cool.
