I didn't read the reviews and I assumed it was a smooth sail based on how the "Biz" was marketed. Thanks for pushing them, they need to at least respond quicker than they are doing now. When people spend a premium, they want it to work. Something deep inside told me it was too good to be true. I spent the money already. I figure this will all be gone in a software update. Dont stop Jeff, You and the guys got this far. I hate when a company fails because the customers got fed up and class action movement slowly develops. I really hope they get it together soon. This is not usable for clients. For Business owners, you are really selling a branding option, other wise we would have gotten a regular Pogoplug. They are so focused on marketing themselves they are playing with fire. Unlike regular users, we CAN afford great lawyers, but I am very patient. They need to pay attention to the few biz plug owners who are really ticked. We really like the product, but fix the biz or at least tell us what going on, and not hold us hostage.
