Unfortunately, CE has now downgraded dockstar.pogoplug.com to the same UI as my.pogoplug.com. Many of the features that I enjoy on my Dockstar device through dockstar.pogoplug.com have been removed. One of the best features was the custom slideshow feature, which up until a few days ago, was still accessible via dockstar.pogoplug interface. No longer.

The dockstar entry point also lets you create links to directories that work, that show slide shows correctly, that can be public, and can embed a JPG in another html document.
The dockstar.pogoplug.com also lets you list files you share BY E-MAIL account, something their my.pogoplug.com doesn't support. But it does NOT let you list files shared with you by the e-mail of the person sharing with you.
Conversely, the my.pogoplug.com approach does NOT let you see files you share by e-mail (to see who you've given access to), but it DOES let you see who's sharing files with you BY E-MAIL.
So to get a complete picture of who you share with (by e-mail) and what's being shared with you (by the other user's e-mail) you have to use BOTH entry points.
Who shares with you? Go to my.pogoplug.com and under enabled links, select organize by e-mail. (Why this is Enabled Links instead of Files Shared with Me remains a mystery).
Who do you share with? Go to dockstar.pogplug.com and in upper right corner pull down the VIEW OPTIONS and GROUP BY E-MAIL.
So each site on pogoplug.com has only ONE of two ways to look at shares.
It's all sharing, it's not collaborating and linking, it's sharing, all of it. Either you share, or someone else shares with you. Simple, clean, and understandible.
I think the reason these sites have different solutions is that confusion abounts at cloud engines about what sharing is, what it means, and how to explain it. It's not collaborating, it's not linking, IT IS ALL SHARING.
So get in the habit of using BOTH if you share a lot of files and directories, and others share files and directories with you.
Without using Both you'll only understand 1/2 the picture regarding what you share, and what is shared with you.
