You must be using Firefox 9. Same message I get, it just means they don't recognize the latest Firefox browser, among other issues.

Nope, 8.0.1.
Even if I was using 9, it would be rubbish programming...

Upgrading to 9.0.1 should resolve this issue--in general, Pogoplug fully supports the latest/greatest versions of IE, Chrome, and Firefox.

That's not true. With IE 9, the web UI does not remeber login information.
