PogoPlug and P-Drive is very slow

Is anybody having a problem with their pdrive being painfully slow? We use pogoplug as our server and everyone in our office is having a problem with it being slow. My upload speed is 19.25 mbps and download speed is 18.05 mbps. We are accessing the files via a drive on our computer not via the website.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how this can be fixed?
