i have recently just bought a pogoplug and i have sucessfully set it up and i am excited about how useful this is going to be for me. i am essentially using it to share my hdd between my other computers and android tablet. i have connected a 2tb hdd to it and it works perfectly fine and its just 'organising' itself with the pogoplug web interface.
I used to use the 2tb hdd as a mirrored drive (manually, no software involved) for another 2tb internal drive in my desktop. i still want them to essentially mirror each other, but now my 2tb external is connected to the pogoplug...
Q: do i need to disconnect the 2tb external that is connected to the pogoplug to be able to add files to it or will dragging and dropping the files into the appropriate folders within the 'pogoplug browser' on my computer allow me to use it in the same way as before?
i imagine this is the case, although the transfer speeds would be significantly slower as it would be via the network, rather than jacked in via USB directly to the computer. forgive me if this is a silly question, i just need clarification. thanks
