Hi,
I confused with the new pogoplug 4 (blue icon software). Do I need both (pink and blue software)
I update to Pogoplug 4 but right now and I can't see my pogoplug drivers on the explorer.
Do I need to run the blue pogoplug every time I turn on the computer?
Right now it's more difficult to understand, before was easy program.
Please need your recomendations, I am thinking about restoring my computer.

Hello,
Thank you for the update and the screenshots that you have provided.
First of all, let me explain what are the icons that you are seeing mean:
The pink icon on the bottom right side is the icon responsible for the remote access feature in the Pogoplug Uploader.
The blue icon is the Pogoplug Uploader software.
As for the drives issue in the windows explorer,
I have noticed that you have antivirus installed on your computer.
It may block some of the Pogoplug activities as well as a firewall if you have any installed.
To try resolve this issue, first try just restarting your PC and see if the problem is gone.
If the problem persists, please do the following :
1. Uninstall the Pogoplug Software from your computer:
a. From the Start menu, select Control Panel.
b. Choose Programs -> Under Programs and Features, click 'Uninstall a program'.
c. Select the program you want to remove, and click Uninstall. Alternatively, right-click the program and select Uninstall.
2. Restart your computer.
3. Temporarily shutdown your firewall and antivirus software completely.
4. Download the Pogoplug Uploader Software for the following link:
http://pogoplug.com/downloads
5. Install the software
6. After the installation is done, please restart you computer once again.
*** Note - the restarting after each step is very important. Please make sure you preform it.
