I purchased the premium software license expecting it to a simple upgrade process but find it anything but. The instructions say to go to mypogoplug.com to activate the software yet there is NO SUCH activation button there. None. It only allows you to activate a device. I didn't buy a device so what good is the premium software package? I triple checked the FAQs and Help page and clicked on the link that supposedly takes me to the activation button--guess what, it doesn't exist. Instead I'm taken to the same homepage for either BUYING more storage or activating a DEVICE.

So what good is this "premium" software? It seems to be total waste of money.

Same problem here. Got the software it it won't allow me to activate it, just go to their site to buy the premium software that I supposedly own.

That and the great dialog box on quitting (two buttons: "but.no" and "but.yes"). Very professional.

The hardware looks great, but man, their software user experience leaves a lot to be desired. Wish they hadn't decided to use us for beta testing!

PS: they now offer the software for free if you "take advantage of" one of their partner merchant's offers. Wish I'd seen that before I plunked down $30 in real money!

They definitely need to improve their website's services. It's pretty bad. Turns out that to activate the software you have to click through several buried links in your account. It's a PITA and very confusing. Although I activated the premium software I see no real advantage in it until you buy the hardware which seems to work OK.

Look for sales on Buy.com. At the lower prices, their crappy service support is more tolerable.
