Had same problem with my Seagate 2TB GoFlexDesk. Plug the drive it into the PC and see if the drive connects properly. Mine needed to be "scanned and fixed" according to windows, after doing so be sure to "eject" and all should work well when you re-pogoplug it. The problem may be that you never "ejected" the drive from the V3 when you disconnected (I know I didn't)

I can't get my v4 to recognize the Western Digital My Book Essential 3TB USB 3.0 External Hard Drive that was being recognized by my Pogoplug Pro. I've left the drive connected to the v4 for several hours, and it still isn't being recognized. Can someone help?
