Since the migration to version 4, the web UI can not remember your login information any more if you are using IE8 or IE9. So every time you need to type in your username and password. There is a workaround available. You can go to the old ui at dockstar.pogoplug.com and login from there and select remember me on this computer. Then you can switch back to the new UI at my.pogoplug.com. As long as you don't sign out, you will not be asked about password. One exception is, whenever someone accessed a link you are sharing, you are automatically signed out.
