Sound familiar?? Come on Pogoplug this is ridiculous; we shouldn't have these kind of issues when updating, surely.

I've tried rebooting both via Terminal and by cycling the power and I can't see my drive for love or money. Any tips would be appreciated on forcing it to mount, but at the risk of sounding like a whinger I just can't believe this issue persists when I can see threads about lost drives dating back to version 2 of the software.

Bad update guys - this isn't good service and is more grist to the mill of people looking to bash your service levels :-(

Back online after leaving the PP off for half an hour. No great issue in that respect but still feel these kind of poor experiences for users doesn't match the pitch of PP in the first place - ie ease of use.

Anyway - all resolved, point made, move on... ;-)

I ran my update this morning and all of my drives (PP device and cloud) showed up right away. May have been a service issue at the time you updated. Glad all is well.
