Uploading files (pdf, jpg or mp3) via the webinterface (my.pogoplug.com) doesn't work anymore. The progress bar shows the upload progress and when done the popup box is closed. But after the folder reloads it is empty or sometimes just a few of the selected files show up in the folder.

After some testing I think this mostly happens with small files (< 50KB). If I upload a pdf file that is < 50 KB (small pdf file with only text) then the file is not uploaded or it disappears after a reload of the folder. The file size is incorrectly shown as 0 KB. A pdf file that is approx 300 KB uploads just fine and shows up after the upload.

I did the 'error-checking' on all drives but no errors where found.

Any tips?

Same issue for me on older devices (Dockstar) and on a Series 4 device. WTF? Why use this if I cannot upload files?

Same issue here, but on all files regardless of size. I spend 5 min uploading a 300MB video and the progress bar goes like all is well but when it hits 100% and the dialog closes, there is no file uploaded.

Together with PP support we discovered that this problem is caused by the flash upload module. When I disable Flash in FireFox (and use the non-Flash upload) all goes well. Support asked me to install a different version and try that.

I recently had to install a new hard drive in my computer and ever since, I can't get Pogo games to play. No matter what I try, the games go through a set up and when I click "start play" it literally get blocked off! The guy that installed the new hard drive said he thinks it's a compatability issue. Please help! I would like a step-by-step solution if anyone out there has one!!!
