For the past month NONE of my picture preview thumbs are showing up. I see a generic icon with a red X. I emailed support and they instructed me to disconnect the drives and delete the .cedat whatever file. I did that and the issue is still here.
Does anyone have a REAL fix for this issue.
Note: I am able to see the thumb previews on my Mobile devices via the Mobile app. Just not from my web interface chome on windows 7 Home Premium

I fixed the issue on my own
Settings > Media > Generate photo and video thumbnails: Always
Set it to Never then click apply changes.
then set it to Always then click apply changes. I am guessing this will force the pogoplug to re-index the images after i logged out and back in to the web interface I noticed the thumb previews slow reappearing.
