Hello All,

Christopher I hope you see this and can help. I have at least 3 different support tickets that I opened but every time I submit another one they keep closing it saying it is merged with ticket 57445 but there is nothing in 57445 that shows each problem that is merged into it. These are 3 very different issues. I do not think that this is a very organized way to do business. I would like each problem to remain open until it is resolved otherwise things get lost.
