Hi Allen
I answered you in the most wanted feature poll but I'm posting again here:
1) Make sure your Pogoplug device is online.
2) Make sure your Pogoplug device is activated with the same email you are using to Sign In to Pogoplug on your iPad.
3) A Pogoplug enabled computer using Pogoplug Software cannot selected as an upload destination - this looks like this is your issue.
Hope this helps,
Christopher

Right now, the only option under Upload Camera Roll in the iOS app is Pogoplug Cloud. Is there a way to make a destination on Pogoplug drive(s) the destination instead?
That's the kind of model I assumed Pogoplug had, letting users create their own network attached storage. Once you are connecting that storage to the apps, and have the UI to send files out of the apps, why can't we send it to our nas drives if they're online?
Hope this is coming soon, or there's a way to do it now that I'm just not seeing!
Thanks,
Allen
Hi Christopher,
I have same problem like Allen. I have check that my Pogoplug device is online, and when I click "Files" in iPhone apps, it shows online too, but when I try to change the "Destination" in "Setting", it still only show the Pogoplug. What should I do now? Thanks.
Rgds,
Patrick
For me, it turned out it was because for some reason, that feature is not included in even the Premium software, only on a PogoPlug device (#3 in Chris' answer above). Is that your situation also?
Allen
Dear Allen,
Yes, my situation is #3 mention in Chris's reply. I still cannot solve the problem, no other destination in my iPhone apps. Hope they can solve my problem.
Best regards,
Patrick
Were you able to solve this problem? I guess I am facing the same issue. The destination is set to cloud storage and won't show my hard drives even though they are online.
Can anybody help?
Thanks
Abdul
At this point I guess it's a feature request for the computer-based software. Abdul, you didn't mention that's your system (vs. a hardware pogo plug with attached drives), but if it is, the answer seems to be "There's no plans for that."
It's a rather odd omission from the software version, and all we can do is hope enough users complain that they consider adding it.
Thanks for your reply.
My harddrives are connected to my pogoplug enabled device (hardware). And they are accessible from my iPhone through pogoplug app. I can see them online perfectly fine and can access the media but I can't set them as default upload destination.
I hope this explains the issue.
Looking forward to your comments.
I have the same problem. Brand new pogoplug device (hardware) with two drives attached. One drive is formated hfs+ and the other is NTFS. I can see both drives while browsing using the pogoplug ios app and even manually upload a photo to a folder on the pogoplug device. But in settings when I go to choose a photo upload destination I get Pogoplug Cloud, my mac running pogoplug sharing, and my pc running pogoplug sharing.
Please fix this. It is the primary reason I purchased this hardware.
is there a way to select sub folders for the automatic upload of pictures taken with an IOS device.
so far i have only been able to use the root of the drive attached to my Pogoplug not able to see any sub-folders in automatic settings
any help would be appreciated
I have the same issue. I have a Buffalo CloudStor (pogoplug enabled) device with 2x2TB drives. I can see the files through the iphone app, can stream videos etc.
However, in the Destination setting for automatic uploads, only the Pogoplug Cloud option is available.
A friend of mine who has a Pogoplug 4 device can see his drives in the Destination setting. So it looks like this issue is specific to pogoplug enabled devices and PogoplugPC.
Please fix this! This was an important reason I bought this hardware.
Thanks!
