Having major issues with the forced upgrade of the Windows client -

Can no longer access my files via mounted drive or the my.pogoplug.com.

Thank god I can still use the Linux script to mount the drive on my home computer, but as far as accessing my files remotely or copying files to my Pogo drive, at this point that seems quite far fetched.

When I try to copy files to "folders shared with me" from within Windows, I get an error that I don't have permission.

When I try copying files to the Pogoplug Cloud directory, I am able to copy about 4 files before it craps out.  And then I can't reach those files via Windows Explorer (another error).

I don't see how you could have possibly screwed this up any worse.

How do I revert to the old client?

Correction -

Now I can't get to my files from my Linux laptop on the local network.

What is wrong with Pogoplug?!??

This is total insanity.

I am absolutely livid right now.

I am also having the same issue, I can see folders but no files in the folders. I can unplug the drive from the PP and plug directly into my computer and see the files. Even online I can see the folders but says they are empty.

Hi all,

This is definitely something for Support. Sign In my.pogoplug.com and 'Submit a support ticket' using 'Help Center'.

Please let them know if you've made any changes to your network, hardware, etc.

Kind Regards,
Christopher

OK, I thought it was me, but I guess not. I have been fighting with all of my external drives for two days now and can't get to any of my files. At times I can see the drives, but not files at all.

I opened a ticket, that didnt resolve anything. My HD is working fine, I can plug it into my computer directly and see the files. I even went as far as to run a scan of the drive and no issues. This proves my USB cable IS GOOD, and the HD WORKS!

This is ridiculous, I DONT WANT CLOUD..I want this to work as I HAD IT SET UP, QUIT MESSING WITH IT!

I now feel like as idiot as I have several shares set up and no one can access them, just a coule weeks ago I was telling friends about the POGO..
