If you haven't already, leave your drives attached to your Pro and please contact Support.
Sign In to my.pogoplug.com and 'Submit a support ticket' using 'Help Center'. This captures hardware diagnostics that can help Support figure this out.

i had a samsung and a iomega drive, usb powered only, that both indexed, worked no prob.
Now i added a 2tb wd elements drive with external power, that took days to index. After 10 days, came back from vacation, assumed indexing was over. Now none of the drives are recognized.
Reset via, power down pogo, unplug drives, power up grey pogo (pro no wifi with v3.2.4,) plug drives back in, tell software to refresh for new drives...nothing.
ideas? using a mac pro, recent laptop.
