Cloud broke my.pogoplug.com in a few ways. I've asked for some help, and they keep closing my requests as "solved" and then don't solve anything. 

1. Before they changed sharing to "collaboration" you could create an embed link to a photo, for example, and include that photo embed link in an e-bay auction, to host your own pictures on your own pogoplug device.  Now that feature is gone. However it is available on some of the related hardware makers' pages, like seagate's starting page, or buffalotech's page. This is using the code to embed a jpg in a web page that is coming from one of my pogoplug drives. It's not a pasted in photo, it's a link created by using the public share/embed feature of goflexnet.pogoplug.com (that was removed from my.pogoplug.com).

Try doing this with my.pogoplug.com, it was there before "share" became "collaborate" but it's gone now. I have to use the goflexnet.pogoplug.com site to access this feature that used to work on my.pogoplug.com, until that got broken.  I apologize for repeating this message in different paragraphs, but so far pointing out this broken feature one time has gotten no attention, no response, just "solved" as the status, with absolutely no solution provided.

Missing e-mails in list shares by e-mail address:

Next, I share photos and files with several friends, more than 5, and the my.pogoplug.com site will only show 5 of the 8 or so shares (collaborates) when sorted by e-mail.  And my.pogoplug.com completely ignores all the public shares in the list, which are nicly shown using goflexnet.pogoplug.com, why is that? Is there a limit to the number of e-mail addresses that can be shown, which might happen if the way the list is created uses an array of some fixed dimension instead of a linked list, which has no hard limits?

I've been asking about these features since the time "share" became "collaborate" which in my view is not a useful feature. I want to "share" my files, I'm not "collaborating" but if I did want others to change my files, all I had to do with give them read/write access.

I'm getting very disappointed by Cloud's methods of dealing with problems. They say "We'll look into it" or "we need to see the problem" or "problem solved" (with no solution).

This is hardly the way to deal with problems. As users and customers, we are trying to help when we see a problem or a bug, but Cloud apparently doesn't really want to fix bugs.

Fix these two problems -- missing "embed" that is still part of goflexnet.pogoplug.com sharing feature set, and fix the truncated list of shares when listed by e-mail address, and include the public shares in the list.

If you aren't going to fix these problems, just say so. Don't say "problem solved"

I'd suggest returning to the word "share" and the features you used to have for sharing directories and files.
