Can't seem to find any info anywhere, so does anyone know if the Pogoplug Anfroid App is available to download from the AppsLib Market?

I have just ordered an Archos 4.8 which uses this Market place, but until I get it up and running, I don't know if its available on there.

If it's not on there, does anyone know if the Pogoplug Android App from the Android Market will work ok on any of the latest Archos tablets? They run Android but apparently on an Archos OS.

Any replies would be much appreciated.

Yes Pogoplug is in the Android Market...

And it's only worth the three stars that are posted...

Hi David,
Thanks for the reply. I already realise it is available on the Android Market as I have it installed and working perfectly well on my HTC Desire.
What I am looking for is for someone to tell me if it is available on the AppsLib Market (which is a sort of AppStore for Android).(They are only supposed to have tested and working apps in the AppsLib Market). I am looking for someone who has an Archos Internet Tablet with a copy of the Pogoplug App working on it, and would like to know if it was downloaded from the Android Market or AppsLib Market. Once I receive the product (later this week hopefully), I can check myself probably.

Have heard back from the AppsLib development team and they tell me that it is not currently available on there. So be warned if you are thinking of buying a tablet with AppsLib Market access only.

If you haven't done so yet, from AppsLib install Arctools. Using this, you can install android market as well as other google apps. Once you have market installed, just install the pogoplug app like normal. I have it installed on my Archos 43IT and in my home on my local network, things work pretty well.

@Robert
Thanks for that, I noticed on Archosfans forum about the Arctools, but I can't find it on the appslib market anymore. I'm not even sure if it would work now as the Archos 48 runs on Android 1.6
