Ok so I am using Microsoft Rich Copy to copy the system backup file on my computer which is 18GB. I started the backup @ 11:59PM on 12/14/2011 it is Now 4:53AM on 12/15/2011. 

My question is should the backup take this long, and is the backup going out over the internet and come back into my network when I copy files on a Pogop Mapped drive. 5HRs seems like a very long time to copy a file in the same room. If this is normal I can live with it but I would think going ovre my lan would copy a file pretty quick, No?
