Why does the iPhone app insist on having location services switched on when all you want to do is upload your camera roll over WiFi?

Don't like having location services on as it kills the battery. Why does it need it on anyway?

Pogopeople - please remove this restriction.

Agreed. Seems like a silly restriction simply to collect marketing data.
