Hi Lineman101, have you tried some standard troubleshooting steps?

1. Close all apps on iPad, then try running the app
2. Close all apps on iPad, then reboot iPad, then try running the app
3. Reboot Pogoplug, try running the app

If all else fails, you should contact Pogoplug official support at support@pogoplug.com. Let them know also whether you have an iPad or iPad 2.
