From your description, this looks like an Android specific issue though I'm not sure what the exact problem is.
If you haven't already, please contact Support. Sign In to my.pogoplug.com and 'Submit a support ticket' using 'Help Center'. They may ask you to install CatLog or a similar Android logging tool, to try to figure out what's going on.

I am using the premium software on a Windows 7 Ultimate X64 machine. I can access the drives, stream, dowload etc, just fine from a windows machine or web browser. I cannot access any of the content from Android, using either Gingerbread or Honeycomb. The software allows me to login and shows my devices (software, cloud and a pogoplug). When I click on one of the shares, it never loads any file list, just gives me the circling wait icon and then shows a blank screen. Once in a blue moon I will get a file list but I cannot repeat it on a regular basis. I have tried reloading the drives, restarting the machine to no avail. Is there any way to make it work reliably.
I have another pogoplug on a different account and I can access it from either android machine with no problem. That is a Seagate pogoplug device.
You may also try contacting Andriod's support team if this matter can't be fixed via Pogoplugged end.
