I have been waiting two days to get some kind of update from support. TWO days! I am a believer of the Pogoplug device.
I have a cloudstor and a Pogoplug Pro.
I am starting to have second thougths of my investment

Is not a major issue, but it will be nice to get an update.

Engineering just provided a new update.
Your Pro is scheduled to be updated to firmware 3.2.x the middle of next week, Wednesday, December 14th.
We do suggest you wait until then rather than update your device with a pre-release version of the firmware.
This allows Engineering to shake out any lingering issues, if any.
