While we can't speak to your specific situation, Pogoplug does run check disk when you first attach a drive. Until this is complete, your drive will not appear connected at my.pogoplug.com or using any of our computer or mobile end clients. Depending on the condition of your drive, this may take some time though your case does seem extraordinary. What kind of drive is this?
For future reference, if you continue to see symptoms like these, please contact Support. Sign In to my.pogoplug.com and 'Submit a support ticket' using 'Help Center'. Using this method captures valuable diagnostic information which can help identify the root cause of a specific problem, if any.

Being trying for 1 hour so far to find my external drives that are conected to pogoplug so that I can upload. Very very dissapointed.
