I'm using the latest version of Pogoplug (4.3.3) on my iPhone 4S running iOS 5.0.1.

I have a large .MOV (1.07GB uncompressed) I'm trying to upload via Camera Roll sync. I'm connected via wifi and I keep the app open the entire time (setting the autolock to 5 minutes and touching the screen to make sure it doesn't sleep). First it goes through the optimization phase (which takes about 3 min on my 4S) and then it attempts to upload but then the app crashes (closes automatically) and it never completes. The percentage uploaded varies; I think the farthest I got was 30%. During the upload, if I log in to the popoplug web UI I can see the file there in the compressed size which is 478MB. It looks like I can manually upload the uncompressed version of the .MOV but I'd rather store the "optimized" version in the cloud.I've uploaded larger video files before. For example I have another movie that's 741MB compressed.

Any thoughts? Is there a way to skip a file and uploaded the rest of the Camera Roll?

HI whozurdaddy (love this handle BTW)

If you haven't already, please Sign In to my.pogoplug.com and 'Submit a support ticket' using 'Help Center'

Support may want a copy of this .mov file so they can try to reproduce your issue.

Kindest Regards,
Christopher Louie
