If you haven't already, please contact Support. Sign In to my.pogoplug.com and 'Submit a support ticket' using 'Help Center'.
They can provide instructions to retrieve logs directly from your Pro that will help isolate the issue.

Recently bought Pogoplug Pro and connected first it was green light and the device was activated but today when i started it i see a blinking green light at start and then a solid amber light.The device is recognized in Router DHCP page have checked the wires everything is good i even tried to open the my.pogoplug.com it took 2-3 minutes to open the page but it did opened the page seems like something is not correct here I even tried to activate it it was not able to find my device so i put in the 26 digit code and it updated but still amber light.

Thanks for your response , i went ahead and installed Arch Linux on Pro and its all good now.
