Hi there, you should try some standard troubleshooting steps, such as rebooting your Pogoplug hardware or software, and disconnecting/reconnecting the drive (if applicable.) If you're still having trouble, you should contact support@pogoplug.com for assistance.

I also get similar messages.

I have my phone set to automatically upload any new pictures to the PogoPlug Cloud. That seems to work fine.

On my home computer I have a script that runs every day to use a simple command-line copy from the cloud (configured as my "P:" drive) to my Photos directory on my local drive.

It starts copying and maybe gets through copying the first photo and then it usually stops and tells me that the directory I am copying from (i.e., the cloud folder) no longer exists.

I get the same message if I try to drag-and-drop items from my cloud (via drive "P:" to my local drive.

What's going on?
