This makes NO sense.

I shifted my office from one room to another.  Shut down the Pogoplug, unplugged the drives, ran the same ethernet cable from the same router port to the other location (10' away). re-powered up the Pogoplug, got a steady green light, plugged in my drive -

 - and none of them appear.

The only thaings that DO appear is a "files shared with me" option (which I'v never looked t) and one other computer with Pogoplug software installed.

HOW DO I GET MY DRIVES BACK?  I NEED THEM IN THE MORNING.

I'd never attempt a major config changed with a time limit, but this was simply moving stuff.  I've searched help - nothing.  Forums - nothing.  FAQ's are just marketing blather.  Is there any real information anywhere?

I would start with going to my.pogoplug.com and see if it shows your Pogoplug and/or your drives.

If not then you should debug from that point. Doing so eliminates a software issue on your machine(s).

If you are not seeing your drives in the browser let us know.

I had the same thing happen to me awhile back....after setting everything up i couldnt see my drives.....what i did was just unplug my drives while the pogoplug was connected...after reconnecting my drives it took a few seconds and then my drives popped up.....just thought i would throw this in to see if it might help...

I'm wondering if there was a firmware update that just got pushed to the Pogoplugs tonight. I and a few others are having this same problem right now...the only files I can actually access are the ones in the cloud drive...which are files I don't need. Hopefully this will be fixed by the morning...

I am having the same problem. I moved my Pogoplug device and disconnected the Toshiba 1TB USB drive I've been using for the past year. Once the Pogo was powered on again and the USB drive plugged in, everything shows up except the USB connected drive. Any other suggestions from the community?

I'm having the exact same problem with my Pogoplug. I've been using the same 1TB Toshiba USB drive that is now not getting detected. The drive works fine when plugged directly into my computer. The other shared devices & Cloud show up on the Pogoplug, but the USB drive is not getting displayed any longer. Any suggestions from the community?

"I would start with going to my.pogoplug.com and see if it shows your Pogoplug and/or your drives."

I thought this would be a waste of time since they all showed up again (with me doing not a thing differently - one day they just showed when I tried my "every few times a day refresh your Pogoplug drives" time waster...and have not gone away since.

Except...

I'm typing this on a MacBook Pro that has all the drives showing up and all the drives also showing at my.pogolug.com. Except THIS computer shows as "offline"...but it shows up fine on my other Pro and my Air.

Makes me a bit hitchy about a large number of file transfers I need to do between drives. It seems that Pogoplug works - but inconsistently and with different computers showing different information.
