I have been using a pogo plug for about 6 months.  In general its a pretty good producted, but lately I am getting tired of updates that seem half baked or incomplete.  It's my opinion that pogoplugs quality control for software is quite bad.  A few examples.

Pogoplug Desktop software for windows ( Which appears to be no longer available for download?)

- Software does not remember your settings after restarting.
       -Specifically if you unclick the box which says show files that are shared with you it
         will it will not remember this.  The problem with this is it adds another drive letter
         for this folder so everytime this folder is added it changes the drive letter labels
         of the rest of  the drive letters for your pogoplug shown in my computer.  If you
         are using this for a    backup solution your drive letters are always changing. 
        Also adding the new cloud feature yet again messed up the drive letters.

       - Also when you restart your computer often the drives dont get loaded at all so you
         need to hit the reload drives option.

Webclient Problems
       - For over 6 months now they have been promising to add more printers to the
         cloud printing feature ( beyond epson and hp), but that has yet to happen. 
         6 months is ages for a tech company and pogoplug does not seem to get this.
         Fix your existing  features before adding new ones.

       - Shuffling on music jukebox.  This latest update to the webclient has removed the
         option to shuffle when you are listening to music.  Updates to the webclient should
         add features with out eliminating existing features.  Almost any music client has
         a shuffle option and the previous incarnation of the website did.

Android Client

       - Its great that you have built an android client with a music jukebox, but you left out
         one key feature.  A way to close the app after the jukebox.  Once the jukebox is
         started the only way to close the app is to go into the applications manager and
         force it to stop
        -  Search.... Previous incarnations of the app included search.  Another case of your
          "upgrades" removing existing features.

Please pogoplug team pissing off your existing users will not help you gain user base.
