Though I do not have a Drobo, I receive e-mails from them. When the e-mail offer for 10 GB of free Pogoplug Cloud space arrived I logged in using my Pogoplug ID. Well, still have the original 5 GB of space. Not that I expected to have 15 GB, but a total of 10 GB would be wonderful.

Saw the updated promotion with Drobo. Now free 10GB account which is pretty cool. Problem is I created a 5 Gig account and now I can't register with the same email account.

Awesome and kudos to Pogoplug staff! Kind of nice when a company is still small and work with users directly!

After reading your reply I too contacted Pogoplug. My account now has 10 GB.
You are so very correct, and I am in complete agreement with you, "awesome and kudos to Pogoplug staff!". Thank you Pogoplug.
How about doing this for ALL the 5 GB accounts, or have a simple form to request the update from 5 to 10 GB ?
Is there a form or URL where the request can be made without a special e-mail to pogoplug support ??
