I am having trouble with getting my drives to stream to my xbox.  A few days ago, the drives were not recognized, so I unplugged my dockstar, and allowed it to rebook and recognize the drives.  No problem.

I knew from previous experience that everytime I power cycle the dockstar, I need to redo the media settings to enable the drives for streaming.  However, this time once navigating to the media settings page the little loading spinny thing just keeps going and going. I never get the option to select a drive from the dropdown menu.  Clicking cancel next to the spinning thing doesn't help either.

I am not sure if it matters, but this all happened right after I activated the free 5gb of pogoplug cloud.

I just solved my own problem. It appears that the last line of my original post was the answer to my question.

I just went ahead and unregistered my pogoplug cloud from the general settings page. As soon as I went back to media settings, the page loaded giving me the options to enable my drives for streaming.

How can I submit this bug, or check if it is a known issue?

Hi adamant628, I'll pass this on to the folks at Pogoplug.

Thanks.  I just tried again reactivating pogoplug cloud and again cannot access the media settings page properly.  Unregistering the cloud drive provides access again.  I have not tested whether or not the device will continue streaming if the settings are enabled before activating the cloud drive.
