I'm having the same issue. I have photos uploaded both manually and automatically through my droid phone. I think at last check 2 or 3 could be viewed, the rest are those placeholder thumbs with the red X. I had a support response that they were looking into it and then nothing. Assuming holiday cut the response in half and maybe I'll hear something next week. So far, not impressed, but keeping an open mind for support.

After checking in with Engineering any issues with thumbnail generation uploading from iOS or Android should be resolved by now.

If you continue to have issues, please contact Support. They'll likely need a copy of the original file that fails to generate a thumbnail as well as your device and Android version.
