1. Backing up, copying and moving only copies a small percentage of the file.  I chose to back up from my Dockstar to the cloud.  It copied about 5% of each file and then showed that the "sync" was finished despite the backup being at 0%.   I then tried doing a copy and the same thing happened for most of the files.  Some files did copy completely, but most did not.

2. Backup won't back up again.  If you delete the backup to folder and chose to create a new backup, it will say the backup is up to date despite there not being any files on the destination.

3. There's no way to see the status of a copy/move.  When copying or moving to the cloud, there is an original "copying" popup.  When I clicked to hide that, there is no indication anywhere that the copy is going on in the background.   There's no "processing media" message like there is when doing a backup and there's no message anywhere in the "Media" settings.  As such there's also no way to stop the copy/move.

Hi Morac,

After conferring with Engineering, it looks like you are already working with the beta team for your Dockstar device.

Hi Gerardo,

@Chris Louie
I had a similar issue myself. I setup a backup folder to the wrong folder, and couldn't cancel it. Once I fixed that, it started syncing into the correct location, but not completely. In order to fix that, I had to disable all backups, and then re-enable them.

Plus, despite my capable upload speeds (ty high grade Comcast), it was still nearly 15 minutes for ~8.5MB.

I might add, my cloud is now "no drive attached"

HI Gerardo and WarheadsSE,

Thanks for the clarification.

In this case, it is best for you to contact Support so we can sort this out for you.
