Rest assured, just like our Pogoplug devices and Pogoplug Software for PC and Mac, your personal stuff belongs to you - we have no designs on your personal data. Also, no mention of Beta has been published in our Terms of Service located here: https://pogoplug.com/legal

Regarding backups of your personal stuff, files uploaded to your Pogoplug Cloud are copies of your original files on your iOS, Android, PC or Mac. Your original files remain safe and sound on your mobile device or desktop computer.
