I recently had the chance to setup a Seagate Freeagent Dockstar along with a 2TB USB drive formatted as Mac Extended (Journaled) under 10.6.
Also, I installed v3.1.1 of the Pogoplug Mac Desktop software on Lion (10.7.2).
I have copied my photos to the drive attached to the Dockstar and then created a _new_ iPhoto library on a local drive on my Macintosh which is running Lion. I then imported via drag and drop, two photos to run in a test mode.
Article I referenced for this work:

Next, I did some other work with a Pogoplug Pro and had to perform a 'Reload Pogoplug Drives' from the Pogoplug menu bar. This is when my problems started, as far as iPhoto '11 is concerned.
Today, I wanted to verify the the iPhoto>File>Reveal in Finder>Original File still worked. It did _NOT_.
My research has shown that the information lies in a SQLLITE database, and is most likely has an incorrect file path.
MY QUESTION:
Has anyone figured out a way to get a "permalink" to the original photo file using Pogoplug with iPhoto '11?
