My Pogoplug desktop software has been acting strange for the last few days, so I decided to upgrade the desktop version. I was running 2.5.5 (Windows 7), and I upgraded to version 3.1.0.70. Since installing this new version, I am constantly having to click "Reload Pogoplug Drives". Windows Explorer becomes unresponsive and any program that I'm using to access a file on my Pogoplug drive (usually a graphic file or a Word document) also becomes unresponsive. Said files are being accessed over my LAN.

I've been using this product in this manner for quite some time now and I don't understand why the quality of the product seems to be declining over time. Is anyone else having a similiar issue? Has anyone found a fix?

Hi JJ,

Please make a support ticket at support.pogoplug.com - You might see if you can zip up your Pogoplug log files folder and send that to support. Hopefully that'll help identify what might be happening. Its a hidden folder at C:\Users\User Name\AppData\Local\Pogoplug

Thanks,

Michael

Has this been resolved? I have the same issue.

No, hasn't been resolved yet. I'm going to do what Michael suggested when I have the time and hopefully they'll be able to work it out.

Has always happened to me too, whenever my computer sleeps and wakes up.
