I recently purchased the pogo plug mobile and took the drive that was connected to a popo plugin V2 and thought the drive worked fine on the v2 I get an error message on the mobile that says to contact customer support and that the drive i connceted is not supported by my pogo mobile device.
Anybody have this message and is there a fix?
The connected drive is a 1 TB Seagate Exspansion Drive.
