Hi wize_guy123
When this symptom occurs, can you verify if you can access the same folder using my.pogoplug.com?
If you haven't already, please login to my.pogoplug.com and 'Submit a support ticket' using 'Help Center'. Please let Support know whether you can access the same folder using my.pogoplug.com.

I have a Seagate 500GB external HDD hooked up to my pogoplug, when browsing through the pictures I have on there, I will randomly get an error stating:
P:\Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex 1\Pictures\*folder name* refers to a location that is unavailable. It could be a hard drive on this computer, or on a network. Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are connected ot the Internet or your network, and then try again. If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a different location.
I get this error no matter which computer I use. It only happens after browsing the folder for a short period of time, or if I attempt to transfer data to it that took some time.
I then have to be inconvenienced to start from the P drive again and go through the folders again to find I have another short moments to search the drive.
Suggestions?
I am able to access the folder on my.pogoplug.com. I believe it is a temporary disconnection between the software and the device as all I have to do is copy the file location and paste it back on the address bar and it allows me to continue searching.
The one weird part is that I only experience this when deep within folders: for example
I have a Seagate Flex Drive 1TB, called Movies. File locations:
P:/Movies/Movie Folder/file.avi
This never has an issue.
The Seagate Flex Drive 500GB, I'm referring to has a File Location:
P:\Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex 1\Pictures\Year\Month\Date\file.jpg
Which happens after searching slightly back and forth between folders.
