I recently added some files to my external drive that is plugged into my pogoplug pro.  I have all updated software.  I have unplugged and replugged in the drive.  I have rebuilt the index on within the ipad and iphone apps.  The files still aren't showing up. I can find the files through the my.pogoplug.com portal -> Drives  to find the files, but it is not showing up in the Jukebox view.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
