The first thing you need to do is log into my.pogoplug.com. Once logged in, go to Settings> Upload Settings> Add Email Upload Destination and define the folder to which you want your uploads to be sent (I've created a folder titled "Mobile Uploads" since I usually only use this feature when sending stuff from my phone). Once you've done that, you just attach stuff and send it to upload@mypogoplug.com BUT it has to be sent from one of the email addresses listed in General Settings. If the email isn't sent from one of those email accounts, the attachments will not be uploaded.
