Pogoplug Cloudstor on a Buffalo device.

I've begun to have persistent problems with the P: drive not showing up on my Win 7 Home Premium machine. As a result, I have to reinstall Pogoplug software. I have the Premium License code and...it doesn't fit the form!

The code from Pogoplug is 26 characters, yet the form only accepts 10 - and it will NOT verify the code - says it is invalid or in-use.

How do I fix this?
