Hi,

Activated my Pogoplug Biz but it  doesn't look like a Biz,

missing all kind a features, no add users, etc.

Did I overlooked something there?

Same here ... got my pogoplug business today .. installed the device as described.
But there are no business features in the my pogoplug site. The device shows as a pogoplug pro !

had contact with support and they fixed it (needed invoice to check)
they are super fast !! in less the 2 hours the device was updated
device is now popgoplug biz !!

My problem is that we paid the extra money for the ability to have our own personalized backend and now with the new update, it killed all of it. It's back to the regular pogoplug colors and my logo gets cut off. Also, why can't the login screen be personalized? kind of defeats the purpose of paying for a custom ui.

Last year it took me some time to setup the Pogoplug Biz with my company logo, company colors, etc. I tested it out today (before sending an email / link to the customer), and my company logo is completely GONE from the pogoplug site. It is now replaced with the Pogoplug Logo! Freakin' ridiculous. I can't believe I wasted my money on this thing. I have tried logging in with multiple different email addresses, and all of them do not show all the things I setup anymore.
When I login with my normal admin username into the Pogoplug site, everything looks fine. But none of my customers see this anymore. Why the heck would I go through the trouble of personalizing all of this if my customers can't even see it?

I am also having this problem and am quite annoyed. CE, can you please provide some clarification as to why our sharees are not seeing the customized UI that we've spent time setting up?
