i have the same problem on my WinXP and Win7 PCs. I turned off personal firewall and AntiVirus software. Still the same, anyone can help?
Good morning.
I installed a couple of weeks, and Pogoplug Pogoplug Pro without difficulty. But today this is a problem with the software Pogoplug. When I start my 2 computers with the software Pogoplug. It works fine, but hen I open Windows Explorer, they no longer appears in my list, I rebooted the drivers, but nothing works. And this on two computers. Why?
Pogoplug is installed on a computer with Windows Vista and the other on Windows 7. Here I am much disappointment. I can not access my hard disk from my computer. I have now gone through the web.
Hello jerrysmart !
and thank you for your quick response!
I found how: I had to quit my identification, and I re-identififier Pogoplug by the software in my account.
And then magically out any work again. Same operation on my other computer. Bizarre behavior as ......
I can't access my pogoplug on either the website or through the premium software on my XP pc. Does anyone have any idea how I can get it back. I don't get what Martouf means.
Thanks in advance.
Nothing Jerrysmart ;)
It is normal to each other;) If I find a trick or solution, I try to help me too. Excuse me if my English is not well told, but I have to go through a language translator on the web. Because I am French;)
Merci, Martouf! Never mind, language is never the barrier. See, I can fix it with your English! I am not native English speaker, either. I learned a little French when I was in college. Nice to meet you, Martouf.

Thanks in advance.Ditto, Rob68. Win 7 64 bit with new software. Old worked okay. Uh-oh, not sure I can reinstall.
Martouf's advice worked for me. To clarify the language:
1. Bring up Pogoplug preferences on your computer.
2. Click on "Unregister this computer", then click on "yes"
3. When Pogoplug wizard reappears, enter your email address and password and click on "next"
4. Follow prompts to finish.
I'm having the same problem on my Windows Vista computer. Only thing that helps for now is to use an admin user. This is not an acceptable solution for me since I do not like being logged in as admin all the time.
Well, after reinstalling and letting it sit not working for a few days, all of a sudden, voila! All is well.
I am glad I kept driver version 2.5 in my downloads folder. That one works perfectly as a regular user instead of an admin! A good workaround until they come up with a version that fixes this bug.
