Not sure what happened lately but my active backup has stopped working, and my.pogoplug.com is malfunctioning in Firefox 7, Chrome, and IE9 looking similar to the below image in all 3 browsers.  I've got the pink plug, using Windows 7 64 bit on the desktop, desktop software version 3.0.3.45, and have a 2GB Micronet Fantom Drive (using 310GB) that's been working for months with no problems.

The picture shows what happens when I click on the backup link.  The "progress indicator" and cancel link just hang, I've left it running for 15+ minutes with no change.  I can hit the cancel link to make the "progress indicator" disappear, but that doesn't make active backup start working again, or allow me to add new rules.  I used to have a 4th rule for videos, but I wanted to test if removing rules would work so I removed it.  Removing rules does work, but I don't currently have a way to recreate the rule Tongue out

Also, I don't know if this has anything to do with the situation, but my desktop software tray icon is pink, with a white dot constantly rotating around the tray icon... I don't hear either HD turning so I don't think the software is actually doing anything.  Hours ago I d/l'd hundreds of MB of pics to my desktop from my camera, and none have been automatically copied to the drive.

I've tried restarting the desktop software, rebooting the desktop machine, and rebooting the pogoplug via ssh.  I always end up in the situation shown by the pic below.  Can anybody help?

I would eject the hard drive and plug it into your computer. Then run a chkdsk x: /f on it and see if it shows and fixes any errors.
The plug back in and see what happens.

Thanks for the suggestion... chkdsk did find & fix some unspecified errors, but it didn't fix the problem :(
