Import you music to iTunes and make a playlist and use it as your default player.
Who out there would like the ability to make playlists for their Pogoplug? Every other piece of software on the market seems to have the ability to make playlists, why can't the Pogoplug?
Let's start making ourselves heard so that Cloud Engines will make Playlists a reality.

Kind of defeats the purpose of using the Pogoplug in the first place than, doesn't it? I may as well just use iTunes.
I don't want to take up the space on my iPhone that's why I want to stream my music from the Pogoplug, it would be slot more useful if you could is what I'm saying.

Yes, it would not be useful for streaming to your iphone, but it works wonders on a computer. It does not defeat the purpose of the pogoplug. You are still using it to stream your content from your pogoplug rather than have the files on your computer hard drive. It works great and is a simple solution to the lacking features of the pogoplug website.

That's what I'm saying. We (Pogoplug users) need to let Cloud Engunes know we want more features not only on the website but for all software on all platforms to make our Pogoplug's more useful everyday. I agree it works wonders at home to stream content but is still lacking features especially for their mobile apps.

I already HAVE an iPod Touch, and an Android phone, I bought PogoPlug specifically to start getting away from my dependency on the iPod (with limited memory) for music away from home (which is where I listen 99% of the time).
It SHOULD be fairly simple to add playlist and shuffle functionality to the PogoPlug and associated apps. In fact, it is essential before I start recommending this to friends and family.

I couldn't agree more krusty418. I can live without making playlists through the iPhone app but this basic functionality should be available out of the box. Until I can make playlists I cannot recommend the Pogoplug to anyone. I have since moved my music to Google music, their service allows me to make playlists even on my iPhone. Sorry Pogoplug you need to do some work before you can really be a contender in a cloud service and music streaming. Maybe they should stop bringing out new hardware every six months with no more functionality than the first or second version. Pogoplug needs to concentrate on the software more than the hardware (well maybe upgrading to the new 2.0 GHz processor wouldn't hurt).

A long time ago, but I still and also want this. Can you please add "Shuffle" and/or playlists to the jukebox? It's so handy to take your phone/tablet out and enjoy your own music.
