I set up my Biz with only one 3 TB drive attached I have since added a second drive but I cant see it through my mapped (P:) drive. How do I set it up so I can access the second drive through either the same drive letter or a second mapped drive letter? It is accessable through the web interface but I need it to be available as a mapped drive.

I haven't experimented with it, but if you log out of the Pogoplug software and log back in, does that work?

Yes I have logged in and out several times but the drive only shows up in the web interface. The folders on the second drive still do not appear on the mapped drive in file explorer.

I don't work for CE, but here's what I would try:
* make sure you don't have any files you will cry over on the drive
* eject the drive on the web site
* plug the drive into your computer, look in the root folder of the drive for the files/folders .cedata and .ceid
* delete the .cedata and .ceid
* plug it back into the Pogoplug

That should make the Pogodrive think it is a new device. Maybe that will help.

No difference, the folders I created on the second drive do not appear on the mapped P: drive. I am under the gun so to speak so the second drive has been unregistered and removed. Everything will reside on the original drive. Thanks for you response.

I'm having the same problem. Does anyone have a solution? I intend to use several drives, and I'd like to map them.

If you are using the Pogoplug software (which I guess you are, as your device appears as a mapped drive) File > Pogoplug Preferences > Pogoplug Drive > Additional Settings - check Show a separate drive for each Pogoplug device

The Pogo has failed miserably, I can no longer see any folders on the drive but I can see the single drive (with no folders on it showing) as being attached but none of the folders show up. Checking the box to display each drive separately didn't show the second drive it only showed my cloud storage and files shared with me folder. Giving up this is not the solution for me.
