First of all, let us reassure you we do not in fact have access to your data. None of your data on your Pogoplug's attached drive is stored or backed up on the Pogoplug Service. Your data always remains safe and sound at home. You can easily confirm this by simply unplugging power from your Pogoplug; you will no longer have access to your media and data using my.pogoplug.com or any of our software clients.
While your Pogoplug is online, only hardware level diagnostics are available to Engineering and your Support agent, so that we can in fact diagnose kernel level usb i/o errors you describe here. Again, we do not have designs on your data (nor are we associated with the U.S. government, I might add).
As for Pogoplug Business' advanced features, we are sorry our implementation does not meet your expectations and we completely understand if you'd like to return your Pogoplug Business.
We'll contact the Support team on your behalf to help facilitate a full refund.

A month ago i noticed the pogoplug!
Great device (on the first look)
specialy the custum design posibility of the biz product whit the use with a own domain !
Decided to order a pogoplug biz in the netherlands by http://www.iptvspecialist.nl/ aslo knowing as http://www.digiporteurope.eu for the cost of 249euro!
Few days later i got the package with the pogoplug biz
Nice device , looks etc...
after initial setup etc.. i noticed that the use of a own domain is indeed posible onlu if you create a public link the use of your own domain is NOT POSSIBLE
The creation of a "share" with a e-mail invitation works well with the own custum domain only the fact the e-mail is sent from "your device name" with the sent email adres my@pogoplug.com with result in a 90% of the cases the e-mail is delivered in the spam box by clients / friend
in Fact its totaly NOT PROFESIONAL to e-mail your clients / friends with another domain than the know !
the e-mail also comes from the ip 75.126.200.137
addon i checked a few other stuff
there is nowhere in pogoplug a way to acces logs of access to your pogoplug
ESPECIALY if the guy's from cloud engines can see i have i I/O error on my usb connection without i give them access to my pogoplug you realy can say the can access everything !
Do you want that ? as a profesional user give a company full acces to your data ?
EXTRA SECURITY > if the cann access your pogoplug without you give access its also posible the have access to the rest of your network !
YOU CAN CALL POGOPLUG ALSO A POSIBLE TROJAN HORSE !
if the go on the crazy tour (for a minute) mayby the whole machine after cloud engines is supported by the NSA http://www.nsa.gov/
it would be a GREAT IDEA to have a fysical TROJAN HORSE by your own citizens and the rest of the world to intercept data etc.... posibility's are endless !
I contacted cloud engines for a refund, with was posible to 1 month after the purchace, only i ordered it the one of there dealers http://www.iptvspecialist.nl/ aka http://www.digiporteurope.eu with say the accept only within 8 days but the can give me 170euro's back for it ! so the rip me of for 80euro's !!!
i'am going back to my synology DS1511+ nas and give my cliens acces to a share overthere !
