Ok, so I noticed that my USB drives attached to my cool black PogoPlug Pro Device will suddenly just start to run as if they were being accessed.  The odd part is I haven't shared files to anyone so no one should be accessing the data.  

So, is this behavior normal?  Is PogoPlug checking the drive for new content (i haven't checked to see if this seems to occur on a timely basis like 'every 11pm'). 

I am just wondering as I am pretty sure I have the security setting's straight it just seemed unnerving to walk by and see my external drive's light come on and hear the drive move about as if someone is doing something.  

Currently I dont see a status tracker or anything to show me if someone else is connected.  Unless, I don't know such an app exists....
