I loaded ipkg onto my pink PogoPlug v2 back in 2010 sometime when I installed the OpenPogo base package.  Everything was fine for a year or so.  Then I packed it up and put it into storage, as we vacated the house to sell it.

I've just retrieved it from storage, and ipkg no longer works.  It seems to be configured to talk with http://openpogo.com/repo/Packages and the domain name no longer exists.

The only non-comment line in /opt/etc/ipkg.conf is 'dest root /', so I'm guessing that the openpogo.com domain name is built into this build of ipkg.

Any suggestions on redirecting it, or replacing it?

Thanks much for your help.

I'm not sure that feed is up anymore...

I just got my POGO-P21 a week ago, and installed Optware on it... from the nslu2 feed.

I don't know if this is helpful to you, but I can tell you that this particular feed is well-populated w/ a wide variety of packages, it is updated frequently, and well supported.

I don't know if you can just start using these packages... I don't know what sort of glic/uclibc setup Openpogo assumed...

It's not. I think even http://archlinuxarm.org/ redirects people to nslu2.

Now that I think about it, I probably ought to start downloading the pkgs I like...

openPogo = DEAD.

If you are using a very old OpenPogo install, switch to standard Optware with the nslu2 community.
